Why this page exists

When you Google someone's name plus the word "reviews," what you usually find is one of two things: a paid review farm, or an angry letter from one disgruntled person amplified by SEO. Neither tells you anything useful.

This page is the third option: real reviews from people who are currently on Ron Saunders' team, gathered with their permission, posted with their real names and cities. If you want to verify any of them, ask Ron — he'll connect you directly. That's a guarantee no review-farm can offer.

The reviews

"I'd never sold anything in my life. Ron didn't pitch me, he taught me. Eight months in I'm covering a car payment and my partner doesn't think I'm crazy anymore."
Maria L. · Phoenix, AZ · 8 months in
"What sold me wasn't the comp plan, it was Ron. He picks up the phone. He sends a voice memo when I'm stuck. That's not normal in this profession and it changed everything for me."
David K. · Tampa, FL · 14 months in
"I joined skeptical. The 'we'll place people for you' thing sounded too good. Then I watched it happen. The structure is real. The system is repeatable. The mentor matters."
Priya R. · San Diego, CA · 5 months in

What I notice in the reviews

I've read every word of feedback our team has sent me over 11 years. The patterns repeat:

Pattern 1: The mentor matters more than the comp plan.

Three out of every four people who write a review lead with the relationship, not the rank or the income. That tracks with what the data on MLM attrition shows: people don't quit because the math is wrong, they quit because they're alone. The team's whole architecture is built around removing that failure mode.

Pattern 2: "I joined skeptical" is the most common opener.

I take that as a compliment. The people who join skeptical and stay are the people who'll build something durable. People who join because they're swept up in hype usually leave inside 60 days.

Pattern 3: Results come in months, not weeks.

Maria mentions month 8. David mentions month 14. Priya mentions month 5. None of them mention week 2 — because nothing meaningful happens in week 2. If a review promises week-2 results, you should question the review.

Other "Ronald Saunders" questions people Google

"Is Ronald Saunders the same person as Ron Saunders?"

Yes. Ronald is the legal name. Ron is what he uses professionally. Ronney is what his family and longest-running friends call him. All three names show up online because he's been in this profession since 1988 — long enough that all three are stuck. See the about page for the full bio.

"What rank is Ronald Saunders in 4Life?"

Diamond Elite. It's one of the top recognized ranks in 4Life's Life Rewards Plan. You can verify by asking Ron to screen-share his back office on the intro call — rank shows up next to his name.

"Is there an old negative article about Ronald Saunders?"

Yes. A 2010 letter posted by someone Ron had a professional disagreement with is still indexed on a network marketing news site. Ron addresses it directly on the main reviews page and in the cornerstone "Is 4Life a Scam?" piece. The short version: it's 16 years old and not consistent with anything from the 11 years Ron has been with 4Life. The fact that 48 comments are mostly defenses of Ron from long-time colleagues, on the page itself, tells you what the people who actually know him think.

"How do I verify Ron Saunders' credentials?"

Three ways:

  1. BCABA: Search the BACB Certificant Registry for "Ron Saunders" or "Ronald Saunders."
  2. 4Life Diamond Elite: Ask Ron to screen-share his back office. Rank is visible.
  3. BBB on parent company: 4Life Research, LC is publicly listed on bbb.org.
