The short answer
Diamond Legacy Build is the official team brand for my 4Life Research organization. I'm Ron Saunders — 4Life Diamond Elite, US Army Medic, BCABA. I founded the team to do what most network marketing organizations don't: actually hand new affiliates a working playbook and mentor them while they run it.
It is not a separate company. It is not a separate product line. It is not a separate compensation plan. It is the support framework that sits on top of 4Life's standard tools — and it's the reason new builders on our team have a measurably different first-90-days experience than the rest of the industry.
What it actually is
Three things make Diamond Legacy Build different from "just enrolling under a random 4Life sponsor":
1. The Diamond Legacy Playbook
Every new team member gets the same 7-page Diamond Legacy Playbook PDF before they join. It explains the system in under 10 minutes. They know exactly what the first 7, 30, and 90 days look like before they commit a dollar. Get the playbook here.
2. The 3×3×3 spillover support
4Life uses a unilevel compensation structure. New affiliates can be placed by their sponsor into different parts of the existing team. We use this strategically — what we call "3×3×3" — so new builders get spillover support during their first 90 days, the exact window when most network marketers quit.
The math is unglamorous: when each builder helps three more get started, depth compounds. That's the whole idea. No tricks, just structure.
3. Direct mentorship from a real Diamond Elite
I run the calls. I send the voice memos. I do the three-way calls when new builders are stuck. That's not a sales line — it's the difference between a team that retains and a team that churns.
What it isn't
Three things people sometimes assume and shouldn't:
- It's not a separate company. When you join through me, you become a 4Life Research affiliate or Preferred Customer — the same as everyone else in 4Life. Diamond Legacy Build is the team I built; 4Life is the company.
- It's not "owned" by anyone. I don't take a fee. There's no "Diamond Legacy Build" membership cost. You buy 4Life products from 4Life directly, and commissions flow through 4Life's normal Life Rewards Plan.
- It's not a get-rich path. See the Income Disclosure. Most 4Life participants earn modest amounts. The structural support helps, but it doesn't change the fact that this is a business that takes 18–36 months to build into something meaningful.
Who Diamond Legacy Build is for
This team is a good fit for:
- People who hate the typical MLM pitch but are open to a legitimate, structured home business with a 25+ year-old debt-free company.
- People who've tried network marketing before and quit because no one mentored them. The mentorship is the entire point of why this team exists.
- Wellness-curious people — 4Life's Transfer Factor technology is the science-backed product line, and as a BCABA I take supplement quality seriously.
- Veterans and second-career people — I'm a US Army Medic; the team skews toward people building a second income on top of an established life.
- People who want a mentor who picks up the phone. My number is (772) 333-9214 and my email is NewHealthMiracle@gmail.com. That's not a lead-magnet — that's how I actually communicate with my team.
Who it isn't for
- Anyone looking for passive income immediately. This is a real business; it takes time.
- Anyone who hates having conversations. Network marketing requires real human contact.
- Anyone unwilling to use the products themselves. The team doesn't sell what they don't actually use.
- Anyone who needs a guaranteed paycheck. This is a commission business with all the upside and downside that implies.
How Diamond Legacy Build fits in the broader 4Life ecosystem
4Life Research has thousands of affiliate teams worldwide. Each team is a downline organization led by a senior affiliate. Diamond Legacy Build is one of those teams. We are not "ranked" against other teams; we don't compete with them. We focus on our own corner of the organization and on the people we directly mentor.
If you're already part of another 4Life team, this article is not a recruiting pitch. There are good leaders all over 4Life and the right move is usually to stay where you are if your sponsor is supporting you. If your sponsor isn't supporting you, the cleanest move is usually to talk to them first before going anywhere.
